At American Express Fashion, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
